Have you heard a writer say their creativity comes from music or movies that they have listen to or watched?
How about they seen an object that sent sparks to their brain?
Well this could be true... but take the time and think is this Imagination or cultivated by the norm?
Have you tried to create the most ridiculous things that will not be accepted in our society? why or why not? This is my favorite type of writing. I love to push the boundaries even if it's the most ridiculous thing i ever write.
For example: A dog that fly's. Or a pen that writes by itself.
These are things that makes life seem not so dull. What would challenge the norm, the right or left even the in between. This is the most exciting part of writing. Forgetting what everyone else would be drawn to and write what comes to you, because I guaranteed if you love it, it will be loved.
Now take a second and let the that's not good writing come out of you. Today, try something out of the ordinary. Wriie for twenty minutes, and have fun with it.
